Include ImageMagick in FreeDesktop SDK
Context
ImageMagick utilizes multiple computational threads to increase performance and can read, process, or write mega-, giga-, or tera-pixel image sizes.
Some applications use this in the building-stage, so that they can generate the appropriate desktop art assets based on a subset of svg source images. In the normal runtime, it might be better if applications provide their own copy, but that's something worth discussing.
For reference. ImageMagick is the default image editor for most websites, as it's often included with PHP and Node JS systems. It's Apache licensed.
