Revert ".gitlab-ci.yml: Update CI image"

This reverts commit 68b4d3b4.

We get different hashes for Python packages in live-bootstrap with this image version due to a change in buildbox-run-bubblewrap to expose more device nodes in the sandbox.

Revert the update until a solution is found.
