add background image to siril_plot

An image (in the form of a compiled resource) can now be added as background to a siril_plot structure. For the time-being, interactivity is limited (not zoomable/scrollable) but it should fit the initial needs.
Capability has also been added to specify custom initial width/height to siril plot windows.
