gitlab-ci: update Crossroad git repository URI.

I've just moved the official repository to Freedesktop Gitlab, so that I now have a proper place for bug reports and patches. Also there were quite some connection issues with the former host these days.

Anyway updating the git URI in Siril CI rules! :-)
