Move macOS CI for Intel off GitLab fleet

I am reinstating my Intel runner for the time being. This is the most painless solution in order to gain more time for a proper migration.

I've also renamed the macOS job from siril-macos to macos to be in-line with the naming of other jobs in the packaging stage.
