Cleanup comments on scripts

Update the comments on the scripts to be more consistent and to provide more information about what is happening in the script.

This makes no changes to the actual functionality of the scripts.

As someone who is just starting out with Siril scripts, I found it difficult to understand what the scripts were doing. Adding these comments helped me better understand.

These updates are only on the English versions of the scripts for now.
