Add a user preference for copyright when saving image as TIFF

Hello,

Here is a small improvement I wanted to do for quite some time now:

Users can now save their own copyright in preferences, to replace the default text "Siril 0.99.4" instead of typing it at every export to TIFF.

edit: empty string (the default) retain the previous behavior
