scripts/update_readme.py. The scheduled GitLab pipeline only
refreshes the activity block and commits when that block changes. A full regeneration is
available manually with PROFILE_UPDATE_SCOPE=full.
About the assistant: this README is kept fresh with help from iafred-bot, an automation assistant that updates public activity links while leaving the profile layout unchanged.
