The first thing to do once CTI is installed is to create a first user. Though certain elements can be performed without an user defined, the service system requires an user. The user must be administrator in order to create an account:
The user must update admin's password as soon as possible.
The first step consists in using the admin account:
[email protected]:~/cti$ cti user login adminPassword: Session opened. Welcome Administrator! You can logout by doing 'cti user logout'.
The command to use is "cti user init", fill any information that is relevant:
[email protected]:~$ cti user initPlease enter the username: jdoePlease enter the password: Please enter the full name: John DoePlease enter the company (produced by organization):Please enter the email: [email protected]Please enter the web-page URL: http://www.exascale-computing.euPlease enter the phone number: Please enter the fax number: Please enter notes: DATA_CTI_UID=78e559f4-3a0d-11e2-8adc-0022191169c2
Then, the user must logout from the admin account and use the new username:
[email protected]:~/cti$ cti user logoutYou have been successfully log out. Good bye![email protected]:~/cti$ cti user login jdoePassword: Session opened. Welcome John Doe! You can logout by doing 'cti user logout'.
The user can check his identity using the following command:
The following command-line execution displays the information about a user:
