Add support for 2 other built boxes

• The 2 other boxes only have enough installed on them to allow them to work as a vagrant host. (vagrant user, etc.)
• Use roboxes/ubuntu2204 as the vagrant vm for testing, instead of hashicorp/bionic64
• Add the gem for the vagrant plugin vagrant-vbguest. It's abandoned, and there was a minor bug in it.
