refactor!: rename tag to identifier

M.A. requested to merge mkahvi/foundryvtt-pathfinder1:2542-rename-tag-to-identifier into master

Changes .system.tag to .system.identifier

However having done this, I am now having doubts if this should be done. The UI inconsistency might be fine, but .tag is just so convenient and avoids confusion with item .id
