Added AI Bot to GCI Website

As a feature to add to Fossasia GCI Website I have added an AI Bot that can answer questions based on the site as well as other information. Furthermore it can be coded by anyone as it is public to add features as in the ability to answer more questions.This will in turn improve functionality of the website. Apart from this it can be coded to answer any type of questions as well as taught how to predict certain questions and answer them.

I have coded it to some extent and hence if you type : "hi" , It will give a custom answer In this manner it can continue to evolve and become a better bot. @rpotter12 @pranav1698 @hpdang @kushthedude Mentors please review and accept the merge request. Apart from this regarding the scroll button being hidden, I have also aligned and modified the scroll button so that both are now visible. Mentors apart from that I have also addresses the previous issues of the bot answers being too immature and have also added a few new features in terms of answers. If you ask the bot what FOSSASIA is or what GCI is it gives a custom answer. Apart from this in case you ask the bot its name or what it does/what its purpose is or ask it for help it will also give custom answers. It can now answer a larger number of questions. It can also answer questions regarding where to make contributions on the website.
