Added Project section fixed few issues

What are the changes made

• Removed argon image that appears in mobile mode as mentioned in #7 (closed) both in index.html page and 404.html page
• Added projects section instead of a new page... as discussed in this PR here and renamed the current project section to blog instead because it only contains blogs
