(!999) Reduce Mumakil charge damage to pikes and heroes, nerf armor, separate charge damage into 2

Description

  1. Increase animation speed from a factor of 2 to 2.27
  2. Specialist armor reduced from 40% to 50%.
  3. Damage nugget is separated into two and each nugget deals half as much damage:
  • one with a radius of 25 (damage is the same under the mumakil + 25 distance units around it)
  • second with a radius of 50 (damage is halves over the space that is 25 distance units larger but 50 distance units smaller)
  1. Damage scalar against heroes is reduced from 4000% down to 2000%
  2. Pike scalar is reduced from 4000% down to 1000%.
