Description
Orc warriors now cost 1CP.
However, on creation, half of the orcs spawn a "CP Shadow" which also takes 1CP. The creation of an orc horde therefore spawns 20 orcs, and 10 CP shadows, totaling 30 CP.
The CP shadow is a slave to the orc object. This means: if the orc dies, the CP shadow also dies.
There's 1 exception: which is when Saruman converts an orc. In this case, the CP shadow also dies since I haven't found a way to transfer the ownership to Saruman's player.
