Description

Reduces Rohan Peasant Shield upgrade cost to 50. The upgrade provides half the armour bonus of a typical armour upgrade. Their main armour upgrade is 200 which is kinda pricy considering they're a Wildman counterpart (who have their armour upgrade cost at 150) in terms of stats/calibre.
