WIP: Animation reversions (!413)

Description*

Removed a bunch of animations that the community is generally opposed to. In some cases I was not able to distinguish desired animations from undesired. These can go back into the patch if the correct process is followed (descriptions/demonstrations of what each is and is then agreed to be placed in) but v8 has been delayed too long so all are out until it's done properly.

Goblins
Goblin King:
- added new attack animations; (remove)
- added new attack charge animation; (remove)
- added new missing animation states; (remove)
- Fixed Goblin King's buggy mounted attack animation. (remove)
Half Troll Swordsmen:
- improved several idle, attack-move and selected animations; (edited to)
- improved several idle and selected animations; 
Elves
- Lorien Warriors now have an attack run animation. (remove)
Men
Soldier of Gondor:
-added several new attack animations; (remove)
