(!1144) Various Balance Changes

Description

- Hall of the Kings cosr reduced to 350 (was 400)
- Orc pit build time reduced to 25s (was 30)
- Snow Trolls added a scalar against buildings +25%
- Harad tent reduced cost of 3rd level ugrade to 500 (was 650)
- Orc swordsmen, archers, Goblin swordsmen, archers, Wildmen, Peasants - cost of banner reduced to 25 (was 50)
- Corsair PIERCE armor reduced to 85% (was 75%)
- Angmar den: price 500->550 upgrade price from level 1 to 2: 500->400
- Lorien warriors and uruk hai swordsmen, nerf pierce armor: uruks: 60->67% lorien swords: 60->67%
- Dark dunedain swordmen: price: 500 -> 450 damage: 100 -> 90
- Mountain and Cave troll with tree deal by 60% less damage against structures
- Hill troll cost reduced to 550 (from 600) and health  reduced to 900 (from 1000)
- Isengard wildman torches damage reduced by 25% against structures
- Dwarven Axethrowers upgraded Slash Armor to 63% (from 45%)
- Orc warrior buildtime reduced to 22 (from 25)
- Heavy Spike Collars cost reduced to 100 (from 150)
- Wyrm splash deals only 45% dmg and now target is not reset 
- Gloin

- Trall masters armor increased by 20%
- Warg pack CAVALRY armor reduced to 150% (from 125%)

- Mordor and Angmar WK HERO_RANGED armor increased to 60 (from 75%)
- Morgomir last ability unlock at 8 lvl (from 10) and reduced scalar vs fort to 65% (from 80%)
- Fixed a bug where archers could not attack after using longshot

-- reduced armor HERO to 50% (from 30%), HERO_RANGED to 35% (from 20%), STRUCTURAL to 30% (from 20%),  SLASH to 20% (from 15%)
-- dominate troll unlock at 1 level (was 2)

-- leap deal 120 damage in radius 15, 210 damage in radius 15, 300 damage in radius 20 (was 300 damage in 50 radius)

- Ent HERO armor changed to 70% (from 50%)
- Fire Drake cant trample anymore
- Entmoot cost reduced to 600 (from 750) and buildtime reduced to 55 (from 60)
- Balrog and Wolf reduced summon damage
-- deal 200 dmg in 100 radius, 300 dmg in radius 50, 500 dmg in radius 50 (was 600 dmg in 200 radius and 400 dmg in 120)
- Hero, Pike, Fighter, Monster Hold Ground vision reduced to 85% (from 90-97%)
- BW stance changed to Cavalry (was Hero)
- Elven armor moved to lvl 3 in forge (from 2)
5) troops and heroes will no longer get stuck from the corpses of trolls, giants, and ents
7) visual fire bug should no longer appear near fortresses
8) Mumak
passive fear replaced to visual fear
improved locomotor (turn)
9) Leap (Custom hero) cooldown increased to 120s (from 12s)
10) Summon Wolf downtime after using Eat Me ability reduced to 2s (from 3s)
11) FX of leadership, poison, etc. will no longer overlap units
12) Gloin cost reverted to 1600
13) Spiderlings:
increased hp to 300 (from 250)
reduced damage to 60 (from 90)
increased cav armor to 100% (from 125%)
added a 120% damage scalar vs cavalry
removed the 80% damage scalar vs battlewagons
venom sacs stay the same
14) Lorien Archers:
increased horde size to 3x5
decreased hp to 180
decreased damage to 36 from 45 (upgraded to 48 from 60 and magic to 16 from 20)
- CaH Howl of Rage category is SPELL now (was BUFF)
- Fixed a bug where mountain and cave troll would lose his tree and be able to use his abilities again
- Black Arrow cooldown increased to 45s (from 30s)
- Minas Tirith gate health increased to 50000 (from 2000) 
- troops at level 5 now gain immunity from all types of fear and terror
24) hero abilities by blademaster type are no longer bugged and added additional FX effects for some heroes
25) Arnor fort (campaign) health increased to 10000 (from 8000)
26) Ent and Treebeard fire anim duration reduced to 3500 (from 5000)

27) Mystic Fountains revive hero speed reduced to -15% (from 25%)
29) Ruins of neutral buildings (inn, outpost, signal fire, wrightship) will no longer disappear when use trallmaster summon or mount/dismount fellbeasts
30) Halve Rogash's crush revenge damage taken from pikemen
31) drake and minidrake 150% damage scalar vs BWs
32) Istari and MoS light was nerfed
33) Azog:
-Swapped Crack the Whip with Pillage
-Increased Pillage to 100% (from 70%) and now works in priority over scavenger
34) Increased the damage of dismounted Nazgul from the Fellbeast to 200 
- Hero with bow now not deal dmg vs structures 
- Balrog and Wolf now kill bw only in center
- Ang WK removed fire death anim
