Wall vue component

What does this MR do?
Cleans up all the code related to wall posts.
- New wall post component
- New Image upload component
- The order of uploaded images can be changed via drag and drop
- Automatically scales and compresses uploaded images to save bandwidth and server storage
- New Time component
- Used to display self updating relative times
- New Gallery component (used to display a number of user-uploaded images)
- Images can be viewed full size
- Handles all image aspect ratios without layout problems
- Cleanup and refactoring of all wall post related backend code
- Prepares moving store walls to the generic wall system
How to test?
Go to profile and make a new status-update
How confident are you it won't break things if deployed?
This is a big change and needs to be tested in beta. I can't be sure, but tested locally quite a bit.

Once your MR has been merged, you are responsible to create a testing issue in the Beta Testing forum: https://foodsharing.de/region?bid=734&sub=forum. Please change the MRs label to "state:Beta testing". - Consider writing a detailed description in German.
- Describe in a few sentences, what should be tested from a user perspective.
- Also mention different settings (e.g. different browsers, roles, ...) how this change can be tested.
- Be aware, that also non technical people should understand.
