What does this MR do?

Cleans up all the code related to wall posts.

New wall post component
New Image upload component
- The order of uploaded images can be changed via drag and drop
- Automatically scales and compresses uploaded images to save bandwidth and server storage
New Time component
- Used to display self updating relative times
New Gallery component (used to display a number of user-uploaded images)
- Images can be viewed full size
- Handles all image aspect ratios without layout problems
Cleanup and refactoring of all wall post related backend code
Prepares moving store walls to the generic wall system

Go to profile and make a new status-update

This is a big change and needs to be tested in beta. I can't be sure, but tested locally quite a bit.

Once your MR has been merged, you are responsible to create a testing issue in the Beta Testing forum: https://foodsharing.de/region?bid=734&sub=forum. Please change the MRs label to "state:Beta testing".
- Consider writing a detailed description in German.
- Describe in a few sentences, what should be tested from a user perspective.
- Also mention different settings (e.g. different browsers, roles, ...) how this change can be tested.
- Be aware, that also non technical people should understand.
