What does this MR do?

Adds a warning emoji to the fetch warning email subject.

How confident are you it won't break things if deployed?

Should not break anything. But there are some email subjects missing, I guess. Probably they do not exist as emailTemplates and I'm too unexperienced into the code base to find them.
