Resolve "Slow DB Query in ActivityGateway:fetchAllStoreUpdates"

What does this MR do?

Changed the db query to reduce the data that is created for source

How confident are you it won't break things if deployed?

tests were faster

How to test

  1. Best test would probably be on beta to compare the wall results with prod/beta (they should stay the same) and the speed in debug mode of browser
