Manually Awarding Achievements

Anton Ballmaier requested to merge achievements-2 into master

What does this MR do?

  • Adds the option to award, edit and revoke achievements for users.
  • Awarded achievements are displayed on the profile (only for oneself and Orga for now).
  • Switch to tag as achievement default icon.

How confident are you it won't break things if deployed?

Quite confident. On top of that, the Achievements-System is still quite separate, and even if it might be broken in some way, that would not cause a lot of problems.
