keep pickups on dashboard for 30min

What does this MR do?

Currently pickups don't show up on the dashboard the moment they begin. This is annoying if you want to have a look at that pickup quickly, for example when waiting on a foodsaver. This MR adds a buffer of 30min.

Apart from that, the response <Time> component is now used.
