Add unit tests for `addGroupedBellEvent()`

What does this MR do?
This MR adds tests for tests addGroupedBellEvent()
And the error generation for removeGroupedBellEvent()
During testing following problems are solved:
- Sentry problem with "entityId" missing
- Creation unit tests identified generation of not required bells
How confident are you it won't break things if deployed?
