Refactor profile to vue

What does this MR do?

• moved ui to vue
• refactored store list to new ui layout and added filter for region, cooperation state, store name and member state.

How confident are you it won't break things if deployed?

1. Checkout branch locally
2. Login as different users
3. Access to profile as login user and to different users
4. test and check all functions in profile
