Mailbox follow-up

Parts of #1668

What does this MR do?

• When some emails are selected in the list, the text of the button is changed from "Auswahl löschen" to "keine markieren" to make it more clear that this does not delete any emails.
• The list of mailboxes is sorted alphabetically
• The link from the region's menu to the mailbox now selects that mailbox in the list

How confident are you it won't break things if deployed?
