372 appointment without pickup slots

What does this MR do?
You can select "Termin fällt aus" in the single appointment menue. If set on the same time as a regular pickup it "overlaps" that one. This is usefull if stores are closed during holiday or pickups are cancelled.
How confident are you it won't break things if deployed?
Not much changed so i feel quite ok.
