Add a link in the application mail for workgroups

What does this MR do?
Email notifications about an application to a working group contain a new link to that application.
How confident are you it won't break things if deployed?

How to test
- Checkout branch locally
- Login as someone
- Apply to any working group which has at least one admin
- Check the outgoing email on http://localhost:18084

- Also mention different settings (e.g. different browsers, roles, ...) how this change can be tested.
- Be aware, that also non technical people should understand.
