What does this MR do?
Changes the profile verbing of "Foodsaver in" to a better variant.
How confident are you it won't break things if deployed?
Very confident. Would surprise me if it does break things.

How to test
- Checkout branch locally
- Login as foodsaver
- Go to profile
- Check if the german text says "Bot ist in folgenden Bezirken:".
- Check if the english text says "Bot has joined the following districts:".
