Sort pinned threads by name
What does this MR do?
Pinned threads are sorted by name instead of last post date, making it easier to get them in the desired order (in conjunction with renaming Threads !2882 (merged))
How confident are you it won't break things if deployed?

How to test
- Checkout branch locally
- Login as orga
- Pin some threads and see their sorting.

- Describe in a few sentences, what should be tested from a user perspective.
- Also mention different settings (e.g. different browsers, roles, ...) how this change can be tested.
- Be aware, that also non technical people should understand.
