Fix some beta comments for store modal dialog

What does this MR do?

• Remove not working Markdown information
• Add store vacation option by automatic pickup meeting creation can be set to zero
• Renamed region to Bezirk
• Removed disable-field it makes all gray, but the options are still usable

How confident are you it won't break things if deployed?
