Resolve "Service worker is never ready"

What does this MR do?
- Fixes service worker being never ready.
- Corrects/ Completes !2728 (merged) as it moved sw.js to wrong directory.
- Updated gitignore to track public/sw.js and created public/sw.js
- Deleted client/src/sw.js as it seems to be missing its content and is not needed there
How confident are you it won't break things if deployed?

How to test
- Checkout branch locally
- Login as foodsaver
- Open Profile Settings
- Go to "Benachrichtigungen"
- Check if there is a big green button "Push Benachrichtigungen aktivieren / deaktivieren"
