Fix missing author name in blog posts

What does this MR do?
- Allows the author's name of a blog post to be null. This happens if the profile of a post's author was deleted. See for example https://beta.foodsharing.de/?page=blog&sub=read&id=116.
- Better format for the date and time of a blog post

How to test
- Checkout branch locally
- Login as userbot (who is the default author of blog posts)
- Delete your profile
- Go to https://localhost:18080/news
- Open one of the blog posts
