Draft: Fix markdown rendering

Closes #1589 and table format not present

What does this MR do?

Formats Tables in markdown and add support of images in forum from same server.

Currently

Table formated

Support image from same server

Is a missing configuration. Requires a new for php provided environment variable "HOST" which contains the domain "foodsharing.de"

How confident are you it won't break things if deployed?
