Fix TeamSearchStatus type convertation problem and add MISSING TESTS

What does this MR do?
- Convert enum to value for DB access
- Add API tests for store part of Map API
- Move store parts from Map module to Store module, so that DB access is only done by Store Module for the map.
How confident are you it won't break things if deployed?
Fix part of store API which had no tests
