decreased distances between symbols in topnavbar. Makes "Essenskörbe" fully visible again.

Hotfix for current beta. This decreases the distances of the icons in the top nav bar.

I have discussed those changes with @thinkround Should do no harm to test it in beta or to change/revert those two numbers if problems occur.
