1341 Add new endpoints for regions and groups of the current login user

What does this MR do?
This MR extends the API with endpoints to get all direct related regions and the groups of the current user. THis is needed to show them in the navigation.
How confident are you it won't break things if deployed?
Should not break. The Regions may provide different information then the current used implementation on prod.
How to test
- Checkout branch locally
- Login as foodsaver
- Take the Cookies
- open Postman
- go to set cookies
- Open localhost:18090/api/user/current/regions
- Open localhost:18090/api/user/current/groups
