What does this MR do?
- Show voter turnout in percentage in the results table of a finished poll
How confident are you it won't break things if deployed?

How to test
- Checkout branch locally
- Login as foodsaver
- Go to Göttingen -> Abstimmungen
- Open the page of a finished poll and check that you can see the voter turnout (the numbers will probably be wrong because of the seed data)
