refactor(bannerSystem): error handling

What does this MR do?

This MR shows an error banner for:

• invalid mobile phone number
• no avatar
• old avatar (not /api/uploads images)
• no home region
• no geolocation
• no activated email (dummy implementation, and should currently not show)
• bouncing email (dummy implementation, and should currently not show)

Also removed some unused mix ins.

How confident are you it won't break things if deployed?
