Draft: Change maildev to default ports 1080 and 1025 for gitlab shared runners

What does this MR do?

This MR will change the used ports of maildev to be compatible with gitlab shared runners

This change is only needed on the gitlab shared runners. Currently the selenium tests do not work yet and therefore we are back to the kanthaus server.

How confident are you it won't break things if deployed?
