What does this MR do?

This MR targets wrong dates / times in the pickups area of stores.

• Pickup history (dateTime)
• Pickup list (dateTime)

Both use the same component

• Pickup list fixed dropdown phone numberparse

• Dashboard added time next to the relative time

How confident are you it won't break things if deployed?

How to test

1. Checkout branch locally
2. Login as foodsaver
3. Go to the store and create pick ups and sign up
4. check the pick up history how the dates look
5. check the pick up list how the date looks
6. check the dashboard how it looks (under 4 hours the time should be go red)
