feat(modal): Markdown Preview/Editor
What does this MR do?
This is a quality of life improvement. It is a basic markdown editor with preview.

- Describe in a few sentences, what should be tested from a user perspective.
- Also mention different settings (e.g. different browsers, roles, ...) how this change can be tested.
- Be aware, that also non technical people should understand.

In einem Forum Thread gibt es jetzt einen einfachen Markdown Editor und sowie Vorschau, was das bearbeiten etwas vereinfachen sollte.
