Resolve "Indicator for all external links"
What does this MR do?
It shows on all external links an indicator. Closes #1305 (closed)
How confident are you it won't break things if deployed?
How to test
Test is a link internal /... if not it should show a indicator.
Screenshots (if applicable)
The first two entries, redirect to subpages and the third entry to the wiki which is external.
