How to test
- Checkout branch locally
- Login as Foodsharer
- Open website like http://localhost:18080/?page=fsbetrieb# (Not Dashboard, because you will not really see the Footer)
- See Footer "For developers"
- Click on the link and check that https://devdocs.foodsharing.network/ is opened.
- Check page in multiple languages

- Also mention different settings (e.g. different browsers, roles, ...) how this change can be tested.
- Be aware, that also non technical people should understand.

Im Footer der Webseite wird jetzt bei "Mitmachen" "Für Entwickler:innen" angezeigt, um einen einfacheren Weg zur IT zu schaffen.
