Add missing indices to store db table

Alex requested to merge consistent-database into master

What does this MR do?

!2147 (comment 825425756)

We added two indices to the store table fs_betrieb on production but they were not yet added to the dev environment.

How confident are you it won't break things if deployed?

Sure

How to test

  1. Checkout branch locally
  2. Run ./scripts/docker-compose exec app vendor/bin/phinx migrate
  3. Check on http://localhost:18081 that the two indices were added to the columns team_conversation_id and springer_conversation_id
