Pickup options fixes

Follow up on !2211 (merged)

What does this MR

A few fixes:

1. Options are paginated
2. On Windows scroll bar is only displayed when needed
3. Switching to a paginated tab multiple times doesn't load more data.
4. Fix missing pickup options
5. Remove unused code
6. Remove Pickup section from foodsharer profiles
