Make input placeholders lighter

What does this MR do?
The input placeholders where to dark, so that they could be mistaken as actual input. This was changed.

- Also mention different settings (e.g. different browsers, roles, ...) how this change can be tested.
- Be aware, that also non technical people should understand.
