Fix registration UI problem

What does this MR do?

Fixes the UI issue described in the Issue. Also prevents the error message "Eine E-Mail-Adresse wird benötigt" before event starting to enter an email address.

How to test

  1. Checkout branch locally
  2. Try out the registration
  3. Switch back to the first panel
