Draft: Resolve "Link colors inconsistent"

Christian Nienhaus requested to merge 1202-link-colors-inconsistent into master

Closes #1202 (closed)

What does this MR do?

Overwrites the default bootstrap link color to green.

How confident are you it won't break things if deployed?

It will not break anything, but maybe on some pages are previously wanted brown links, which will be green now. On the main page, the header and footer got unwanted green colors, which was changed in this MR too, but maybe there are more pages which will change.
